How it works:
- Call or text 615-864-5166 or email MTFremoteXP@gmail.com to schedule your appointment.
- For pickups: provide us with your VIN number, the services needed, your preferred date and time, as well as your preferred pickup location.
- For deliveries: provide us with your preferred date and time as well as your preferred drop-off location.
- Once your trip is scheduled, you will receive a text message from our scheduling software, RedCap, with all the information for your upcoming trip, along with a link that allows you to track your trip in real time!
- On the scheduled date and time, a driver from our team will arrive at your preferred location to pick up your vehicle for service - whether it's your home, office, or another address within our service area.
- Once your vehicle arrives at our state-of-the-art service center, our certified technicians will perform all the necessary maintenance on your vehicle.
- Throughout the service process, our team will keep you informed about the progress of your vehicle. We will provide detailed updates and answer any questions or concerns you may have.
- Once your service is complete, we will return it to the preferred location, serviced and road ready!
